Q: How do I report a complaint?
A: If you have a sportsmanship or handicap complaint you MUST fill out a complaint form so 8 Ball Express will have something on record.
If you issue a verbal complaint, it is difficult for both parties to remember exactly what was said that night and there is no record established for repeat offenders.
There is no cost to file a complaint. Forms can be found here:Click for Complaint Form for printing.
